Wellbeing in the workplace….

Tana delivers her powerful “Masks, Mindset and Monkey Wisdom” workshops for organisations intent on putting mental health at the forefront of their thinking.

She illuminates in the most unique way, how and why exactly, any one of us is vulnerable to mental health issues and why so many ordinary people can and do succumb to mental health illness and breakdowns, impacting not only themselves and their families, but their effectiveness in the workplace, their relationships and indeed their long-term physical wellbeing.

Tana highlights the concerns for those who mask their true feelings and bury past experiences, reveals how every moment of our childhood from conception onwards, lays the foundations for how we perceive and respond to the world as adults, and provides practical and powerful strategies for self-care, staff wellbeing and the power of the mind to transform lives and productivity.

"I have to say that your talk was one of the most engaging, motivational, and valuable 60 minutes of my life.”

Tana draws on her own experiences of life-long mental health concerns which at the time she failed to recognise until an unexpected and catastrophic breakdown in 2013 resulted in her spending six months in a London psychiatric hospital. What happened there, ended her beloved career as a teacher and spawned her mission to do everything she can to enhance the lives of others by putting the focus on education and prevention.

“I have to say that your talk was one of the most engaging, motivational, and valuable 20 minutes of my life.”

“A captivating opening and an astounding pitch to change attitudes towards mental health.”

“Such a vital message in our world today.”

“I saw Tana speak at this year’s LoveBiz International Woman’s Day Event in Birmingham and was blown away by her honesty and powerful message. She spoke about her own struggles and fears of invisibility and finding her voice but this was not in any way self-indulgent, It was a simple statement to make us, her audience, ask those important questions of ourselves.”
